Hi folks, I am Alan Watt and this is Cutting Through The Matrix on April the 30th 2009.
I always suggest newcomers go into www.cuttingthroughthematrix.com where they will find hundreds of talks I've given, in the past, on radio mainly, there's some television as well, where I try to give you the big picture and give you the short cuts to understanding the system in which we live, a system which truly rules our lives and gives us our reality. We're upgraded like computers from crisis to crisis, with a new reality one after the other these days, all run by professionals and experts at the top; and we've been trained to do nothing without the advice of experts. Most folk can't think anymore for themselves, unfortunately, so they've been very successful.

As I say: that will keep me ticking over, because there are expenses involved, not just with the sites and all the rest of it; and I have to upload by satellite because I'm in a rural area where you can't get any other method of not even a high speed but it's sort of in-between. And the costs go up; and so does the replacement of equipment and all the rest of it. So, you keep me going and that way, as I say, the advertisers pay, the advertisements you hear on this show, pays for the show, the engineers and RBN. That costs a lot of money for them too to do these shows. It also leaves me free, you see, to say what I want to say; I'm not compromised as to what I can talk about.
We're on a roll, as I say, to this Brave New World, this century of change, where the changes were planned and written about a hundred-odd years ago, and widely discussed, in academia and amongst the big Foundations and the Non-Governmental Organisations that are helping put it all into place. Remember: when the United Nations was set up, it was set up to become a world government. It really is a front, in fact, for the big banks and Foundations which the banks own and they own the United Nations, the whole plan being to have an economy-based society. Everything is economics, as Karl Marx said himself; and he was trained by the bankers. Economics, where everyone, basically, has a value factor, positive or negative. The United Nations has stated itself that a good world citizen is one who is a good producer and consumer. If you retire, you're now a consumer; so, you know what the UN thinks of you. Or, if you're disabled in some way, you're also on, basically, the useless eater list and this is being pushed more and more. Back with more - after these messages.

I'm Alan Watt and this is Cutting Through The Matrix. Yesterday, I kicked off the talk with some quotes from a website which I'm going to put up again tonight. It's called People For Preserving Our Western Heritage, which simply confirms what I've said all along: that the big Foundations and all their front NGO groups (Non-Governmental Organisations) that are well-funded by the Foundations really run the world and it's the same Foundations, by the way, that are creating the present world hype, to make us terrified of a flu that really is very-very mild, it's a common flu. Again, hype and crisis creation overcomes reason and sense, because perception is more important, as those in Psy-Ops operations are well aware.
Getting back to The People For Preserving Our Western Heritage, here's some quotes from these wonderful big organisations that care about saving the earth, as you think. They're really all about reducing the population of the lesser types, those who are the weeds. That's a term, by the way that Margaret Sanger, the one who brought up the family planning associations, who started them off, who was an admirer of Hitler and the eugenics programme, she was a member of the American Eugenics Society and she called children "weeds", weeds, that’s the term.
The culture industry is all owned, again, by the same big people who own the Foundations. That's your reality creators: they give different realities all throughout your life. They upgrade you, according to their agenda; it works perfectly well; it worked on the parents as well before that. There's no free independent major media out there, they're all on board with this, they're all licensed, they all know each other, they all take their mainstream news from the same two sources, which are really one source, when you get down to it.
Ted Turner, this great / wonderful philanthropic man, remember what Weishaupt said: "through philanthropy and through foundations, we will rule the world". Ted Turner, founder of CNN and major United Nations donor - and that's true - see they all, eventually, put their excess cash into the organisations that help make them; and yes, they are made, they're not independent guys who fought their way up, like Mr. Bill Gates or any of the other ones that they give you. These are fairy tales; and they put the money back into the United Nations and it all goes into, pretty-well, all goes into population reduction, through sterilisation in Third World Countries.
A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.

The Club of Rome, the ones who dreamed up 'Global Warming' and it's been mandated by all governments, because it's a great idea, they claim:

Jacques Cousteau, the wonderful man, see how they get into the minds of the youth. We all grew up with Jacques Cousteau, as he travelled across the world in his Calypso, showing us all these wonderful fish and things; and he cared so much about everything, he was a kind man, kind man, this is what he said in the UNESCO, the United Nations, remember, Educational Association:
One America burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangladeshis. This is a terrible thing to say in order to stabilize world population; we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it's just as bad not to say it."

And that's what he says, this wonderful man that was part of the culture creation that we all grew up with. It's like Mr. David Suzuki who said a similar thing on national television in Canada; and you think they're just all independent people? See how all your reality is created: your opinions are created subtly sometimes, sometimes blatantly and coarsely, right to you.
Prince Philip, of course, whose uncle and all the rest of it and his relatives, all had Nazi uniforms given to them by Adolf Hitler, this is what he said and he's the patron for World Wildlife Fund:
If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels.

You know, they really hate the masses you see. Here is David Brower, of the Sierra Club, another club that cares about wildlife and they're just independent philanthropists etc:

the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing.
That's exactly what Julian Huxley said too, a long time before that, because they're following the same script, you see.
Now, remember: I've mentioned many-many times about the founders of the Club of Rome, that also runs the club, there's another club they run, there's a few clubs they run, they spawn a few other ones but they actually run them too. The Club of Rome is one of the premier think-tanks. They were given the task for how to unite the planet under a kind of warfare-type scenario where we all work together and sacrifice and allow the government to dominate us. That's what happens in war; and this is what they said in their own book, it's called The First Global Revolution; and in the book, which was published in the 1990s, they say that they hit upon this idea in the 1970s:
In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill.
There you go.
Here's another one here: now I've talked about the international panel on climate change, all these scientists that are paid to create the fear of the last lot, the First Global Revolution, the Club of Rome dreamed up; you see, because that's the job of the Club of Rome: they dream up big ideas, it's put to other think-tanks down below them, to implement them and the Round Table Society to put it through magazines, the media etc - and education, so they brainwash the children. So, here's:

We've already watched the IMF (the International Monetary Fund) being raised up to its 'proper' position, because they created a crash, you see, a planned crash, to bring in part two Bretton Woods and that's been accomplished you see. Now, they must go to take over the resources of the world; they’re already doing that, under the guise of saving us from global warming. I've just told you it’s all a con in the first place, dreamed up by the Club of Rome, who admits it. They admit it, in their own book; but it works well, because repetition will overcome logic, repetition by the same experts will overcome logic you see. They can't all be lying, can they? Well, yes they can, because their livelihoods depend on crisis creation, that's why they get their big grants.
Getting back to these quotes, again, these links will all be on my site at the end of the show, to show you how they're using this to bring in the whole United Nations agenda, it was set up to become the global government of the planet. That was why it was set up, read the books put out by the founders of it; read the books from the Foundations; read the books by Wells and others, who were all for it and helped work on it. Read the books put out by the bureaucrats who worked on it, there's an excellent one by a Canadian guy - I think it's Memoirs of a Canadian Diplomat at the United Nations - he worked with Lester B. Pearson - they were all Globalists, he worked with Alger Hiss and drafted up the Charter for the United Nations, Alger Hiss was eventually convicted as being a Communist agent and so should of this guy in Canada, he should have been arrested as well. Really, they're all members of CFR (the Council on Foreign Relations); remember what Carroll Quigley said: "We often think it's the Communists because the CFR works with every kind of people, especially those on the far left” that want to bring in a Collectivist society. Collectivism, collectivism. What was it the Club of Rome said in the First Global Revolution, their book; remember they said too they favoured Collectivism. This is what they said:

It cannot organise everything and it is unaware of its own limits. These facts must be faced squarely, sacrilegious though it may sound; democracy is no longer well suited for the task ahead. The complexity and the technical nature of many of today's problems do not always allow elected representatives to make competent decisions at the right time.
They actually elaborate more on that in the book, the First Global Revolution, where they said they looked at all the systems of the world and what they favoured was Collectivism; it's also called Communitarianism. That's the term Bush Senior used, Communitarianism is Collectivism, you're part of the collective. It's also used in Agenda 21 for the United Nations, for this century. The UN Commission on Global Governance, that's what they like to call it, another term for Global Governance, this is from their own reports, from their own Commission on Global Governance:
The concept of national sovereignty has been immutable, indeed a sacred principle of international relations. It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the new imperatives of global environmental cooperation.
In other words: it has to go, that's what we're seeing - we’re living through the time and the century of change. Now you know what Obama's change was all about. He didn't dream it up, the big Foundations have been prattling on about for many-many-many years before the Twenty-first century started. This is where we're going into the planned society, the planned society.

There is no shadow of a doubt that the present political and economic systems are no longer appropriate and will lead to the end of life evolution on this planet. And it goes on and on and on. Part of it was to be the rising of the IMF, to be the sole distributor of the world's money supply. That's just happened because they created the crash there.
A keen and anxious awareness is evolving to suggest that fundamental changes will have to take place in the world order and its power structures, in the distribution of wealth and income.

What was the first thing the IMF said, once they declared their supremacy in all of this? They were given the power by all governments to be the distributor or the money lenders for the planet. They said the same thing, we've got to start creating equality across the world, now we start channelling more money into what is supposed to help the poor and Third World countries but it won't go there at all, it's nothing to do with that. It amazing, it's amazing to live through these times and always know what's coming next and know what's really going on in a world turned upside down.

I'm Alan Watt and this is Cutting Through The Matrix and I’ve talked before about Agenda 21, the Agenda for the twenty-first century, the century of change; and this is what's is in Agenda 21. People should wade through it, if you have any patience at all; and if you can still recall what you've read - and very few folk today can - then you'll understand what's really happening with all this crisis and crisis creation. It says:
Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced a major shift in the priorities of both governments and individuals and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources.
What are we living through right now folks? Think about it, what we're living through right now. The IMF etc etc.
This shift will demand that a concern for the environmental consequences of every human action be integrated into individual and collective decision-making at every level.
Global carbon taxes, individual carbon taxes etc. It was all done years ago in Agenda 21. You're living through a script; you're living through a script, I keep trying to get that through to the people. Nothing surprises you when you know the script and you study their own writings.

We have gone demented. Two Britons are or were (not very) ill from flu. "This could really explode," intones a reporter for BBC News. "London warned: it's here," cries the Evening Standard. Fear is said to be spreading "like a Mexican wave". It "could affect" three-quarters of a million Britons. It "could cost" three trillion dollars. The "danger", according to the radio, is that workers who are not ill will be "worried" (perhaps by the reporter) and fail to turn up at power stations and hospitals.

What is swine flu? It is flu, a mutation of the H1N1 virus of the sort that often occurs.
It’s the common flu.
It is not a pandemic, despite the media prefix, not yet. The BBC calls it a "potentially terrible virus", but any viral infection is potentially terrible.
That's true you see.
Flu makes you feel ill. You should take medicine and rest. You will then get well again, unless you are very unlucky or have some complicating condition. It is best to avoid close contact with other people, as applies to a common cold.
In Mexico, 2,000 people have been diagnosed as suffering swine flu. Some 150 of them have died,
They say here - but it's down to 7.
though there is said to be no pathological indication of all these deaths being linked to the new flu strain.
See, there's no verification of anything.
People die all the time after catching flu, especially if not medicated.
And thousands, world-wide die every year of the flu, generally the very-very young who also have, again, complicating other problems; and generally it's not the flu that kills them, it's bacterial pneumonia that sets in and their immune system is down you see. It says:
Nobody anywhere else in the world has died from this infection and only a handful have the new strain confirmed, most in America and almost all after returning from Mexico. A couple from Airdrie who caught the flu on holiday in Cancun are getting better. That tends to happen to people who get flu, however much it may disappoint editors.
When we go into today's paper in Canada, this is from the CBC Canada, today:

They're still calling it “swine flu”
confirmed in Canada, all mild.

The number of Canadians confirmed to have suffered mild cases of the human form of swine flu swelled to 13 on Tuesday, with new cases reported in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia.
The new cases in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia were anticipated, and do not change the federal government's course of action,
Ha-ha, so they're going to have crisis and total lock-down anyway.
Canada's chief public health officer, Dr. David Butler-Jones, told a teleconference on Tuesday. "The more cases we see, the greater odds that some will be severe," Butler-Jones said. Ontario's acting chief medical officer Dr. David Williams, said four people in the country's largest province were confirmed as having the same strain of influenza that may have killed as many as 152 people
But there's only 7
in Mexico since mid-April.
Then it says here:
The four cases, which were the first to be confirmed in Ontario since the disease spread outside Mexico, were all mild and involved people who had travelled to Mexico recently. Two were from the York region, north of Toronto, and the other two were from the Durham region, east of Toronto.
It hasn't shown rapid movement from patient to patient or person to person," Williams told a news conference.
Then again, it's so mild that they don't even need hospital treatment, they're told to stay at home and it'll be over in 2 or 3 days; but, regardless of that, they're going ahead with the crisis-crisis-crisis regardless because you cannot let go and abuse or misuse a good crisis, especially when you have an ulterior motive of pushing all this hype so that the World Health Organisation will come up to its full stature as THE world authority, which then goes into its real mandate which is 'we cannot have so many people on the planet, we've got to start sterilising etc etc etc. See how it works?
I'm going to rattle through some articles before I go to the callers here. There is so much happening; what else is happening in the world today? Well, the
US, during this crisis, passed the Hate Crimes Bill that Bush opposed
and this is from, again, Reuters April 29th 2009:

See, an expansion: once they get it on the book it starts to expand and include things you'd never think of
of federal "hate crime" laws -- an effort that former Republican President George W. Bush had opposed.
So, everything is getting rammed through whilst this crisis is distracting everyone else, everyone's terrified and in fear of their lives as all this is happening. And here's another one about the modified seed. I'm going to put this up too, by Linn Cohen-Cole from Global Research, February 14th 2009:
Genetically Modified Seeds: Monsanto is Putting Normal Seeds Out of Reach
Well, that's the whole point of it.
People say if farmers don’t want problems from Monsanto, just don’t buy their GMO seeds.
Not so simple. Where are farmers supposed to get normal seed these days? How are they supposed to avoid contamination of their fields from GM-crops? How are they supposed to stop Monsanto detectives from trespassing or Monsanto from using helicopters to fly over spying on them?
See, this is what they do, no kidding, this is what they do; you see, it's part of the industrial complex for the military, that's why they get away with all this, they act like a kind of CIA all of their own.
Monsanto contaminates the fields, trespasses onto the land taking samples and if they find any GMO plants growing there (or say they have), they then sue, saying they own the crop. It’s a way to make money since farmers can’t fight back and court and they settle because they have no choice.
What else is it all about? Well, you find here that the government you see, the government is just part of it, they do what they're told by the big military-industrial complex boys, Monsanto. They have people on Obama's staff there, who actually worked for years with Monsanto to put these bills forward, on behalf of Monsanto; and farmers now have to literally have special machines to sort out their seed, it's up to scratch, it costs an awful amount of money. Most of them can't afford it; and, by law, the government is forcing them to get these new machines and it's all in this article here as to exactly what's happening. If you can't afford these particular machines, you can't plant seed. Simple as that: laws, laws, laws; amazing. I'll put that article up and then there's an article here on global warming alarmists. This here is from the Herald Sun 29th April 2009, it says:
IT'S snowing in April. Ice is spreading in Antarctica. The Great Barrier Reef is as healthy as ever. And that's just the news of the past week. Truly, it never rains but it pours - and all over our global warming alarmists.
Time's up for this absurd scaremongering. The fears are being contradicted by the facts, and more so by the week. Doubt it? Then here's a test.
Name just three clear signs the planet is warming as the alarmists claim it should. Just three. Chances are your "proofs" are in fact on my list of 10 Top Myths about global warming. And if your "proofs" indeed turn out to be false, don't get angry with me. Just ask yourself: Why do you still believe that man is heating the planet to hell? What evidence do you have? So let's see if facts matter more to you than faith, and observations more than predictions.
MYTH 1: THE WORLD IS WARMING
Wrong. It is true the world did warm between 1975 and 1998, but even Professor David Karoly, one of our leading alarmists, admitted this week "temperatures have dropped" since - "both in surface temperatures and in atmospheric temperatures measured from satellites". In fact, the fall in temperatures from just 2002 has already wiped out half the warming our planet experienced last century.
Then they have the data for this. It says from Britain's Hadley Centre, NASA's Aqua satellite and the US National Climatic Data Centre, to back up these facts, if anyone's interested in facts.
Some experts, such as Karoly, claim this proves nothing
Oh, the facts prove nothing.
and the world will soon start warming again.
There's faith for you.
Others, such as Professor Ian Plimer of Adelaide University, point out that so many years of cooling already contradict the theory that man's rapidly increasing gases must drive up temperatures ever faster. But that's all theory. The question I've asked is: What signs can you actually see of the man-made warming that the alarmists predicted?
MYTH 2: THE POLAR CAPS ARE MELTING
Wrong. The British Antarctic Survey, working with NASA, last week confirmed ice around Antarctica has grown 100,000 sq km each decade for the past 30 years.
Facts, facts, facts and he goes on and on and on with facts in this article, if anyone truly cares. Again, you can pump out the facts there and perception is all that matters in the end, repetition of propaganda will work on the majority of the general public; and I was going to talk about the World Health Organisation, to show you how they're pumping themselves up to be and actually are demanding to be the World Health Authority but I won't bother, I won't bother. Why help them? Why help them with their propaganda?
It's quite something, as I say, what's really truly happening in the world and it's all to do with those quotes that I gave earlier, how they would use crisis creation etc, to terrify the general public and, unfortunately, it works.

And the hysteria it's causing is insane up here, I mean, I work at a school, I'm a custodian and they're passing around all these things, they're not saying to stock up on soap, they're saying to keep the hand sanitizers, which is completely ridiculous, I think; and even before this all started that no students I've noticed have used any soap, it's always the hand sanitizer. And I actually noticed the spraying has been pretty bad up here.
Alan: Yes, the same here; and in California, in LA, I got photographs sent to me this morning and incredible what they're giving them over there too. It's everywhere.
Mike: Yeah, and I heard that Barium and Aluminium Oxide actually supposed to lower the immune system, so could that have anything to do with it?
Alan: You're absolutely right, it does lower the immune system, drastically in fact; and again for ten years, all the top medical guys know this because they have all the statistics coming in. The amount of bronchial problems: now we have asthma, almost everyone's got asthma now. It's been skyrocketing since they started spraying constantly ten years ago, they understand exactly what it's doing to the public; but we truly live in Disneyland, we truly do. I mean, they can create terror and hype over the normal flu and yet they will not mention the fact they're spraying us like bugs and have been for ten years with chemicals which not only alter the weather, they're toxic to humanity and now we have total allergy syndromes breaking out - and they're telling us that's normal now!
Mike: It's insane.
Alan: It is, isn't it!
Mike: Yes, well, thanks a lot Alan, keep up the good work.
Alan: Thanks for calling. It truly is astonishing. The things they should be talking about like: here's what we're actually doing, we're not going to spray the atmosphere, we've already been doing it for ten years and the fall-out is what we see all around you. Everyone's got allergies, our immune systems are shot, people have got multiple allergy syndromes now, I've read all the articles in the newspapers and they're utterly stumped as to why we're getting it all. Well, we're all toxic now, we're toxic; we can't get rid of the stuff. We don't get access to the techniques of removing it from your body that the big boys have, the stuff that works very efficiently and very quickly and they are using it at the top because they know what's going on. We're just the herd you see, we're the last to know what's going on. We're not supposed to know.
Now, there's Sheldon from Arizona there; are you there Sheldon?
Sheldon: Hello Alan. I wanted your take on something: Dr. Rebecca Carley told me this yesterday, that there's some law out there, she thinks it's buried in the Patriot Act, that if you have your child in school that they can be taken off to a quarantine facility.
Alan: That is right. I remember when they passed that, I remember, it was in the mainstream.
Sheldon: Do you know where I can find that law?
Alan: It was also to do with lock-downs, it was also to with pandemics and coming pandemics. I do have it somewhere, I could maybe try and find it and send it to you.
Sheldon: Oh, that would be great, because I'm trying to make a big decision with my own child right now and I think others should know about this.
Alan: It's interesting you mentioned that because Canada, in some places, are having lock-downs of schools, so they can use SWAT teams to practice going in after gunmen, using the actual students as the subjects, that's happening, I think it’s this week, in fact, out Calgary way. The public have no idea what's going on, none at all.
Sheldon: I agree, I know up in Alaska, Alex Jones had brought this up, they were going to do some type of emergency drill at a school up there.
Alan: They're actually using children as they go in with guns and all the rest of it and they hadn't told the parents.
Sheldon: Right.
Alan: But there's the music coming in and I'll be back after this break.

Hi folks, I'm Alan Watt, we're Cutting Through The Matrix and think we have Mary from Illinois on the line, is she there?
Mary: Yes, I'm here. I just want to say I love your show, your points are so clear and logical and I just wanted to go back to what you said earlier, about them following a script. I think that is so true; but people don't see it.
Alan: Yes. They don't see it, even if you show them proof in previous writings put out by the very perpetrators themselves, the incessant propaganda from familiar faces on television, the ones they've grown up watching for years on the news, will overcome logic or reason and it's like Brzezinski said, he said:
The public will come to believe that the media is there to do their reasoning for them.
So, they are in an impasse stage, where their logic is trying to be used and yet they've been taught to trust the newsman, that's where the impasse occurs, so they deny their own logic and succumb to the newscaster and believe him. And they've also been trained, as I say, for generations now, like Bertrand Russell said we would be, that the experts will rule us and that they're always right. And they have trained most folk to believe that is true.
Mary: Well, I totally agree and it amazes me that we have a deliberate bio-attack on the people and people don't stop and think about that and they look to the very people that are trying to harm them for the solution and they'll all line up and take those vaccines I'm sure.
Alan: Yes, and after the last so-called swine flu, remember, there was one soldier died and people were dropping dead with the flu shot itself and there was hundreds of young people, 20s and under, who were left paraplegic with it; and what's happened to the swine flu? Well, it just didn't materialise in the general population.
Mary: I remember that and I did not get the flu vaccine back then, thank goodness.
Alan: Some people had strokes with it, young guys had strokes. People when they were 18, 19, 20s had strokes with it too.
Mary: And I fear the same thing is going to happen this time and it's like, if I had power, the one thing I would do, is dismantle all the television sets!
Alan: Yes, absolutely, that's where the reality comes from, unfortunately. The greatest propaganda tool ever devised.
Mary: And people will deny it. They deny that they're being brainwashed.
Alan: Well that's exactly what one of the top creators of the present techniques said, in his own writings, he says that the victim never realises that they have been brainwashed. They completely deny it to the person who has brainwashed them, right to their face they will deny it.
Mary: Thank you very much.

The school gates at Lammas School and Sports College look like those of any other secondary school - but just up the drive, around a dozen police officers come into view. They are not investigating a crime but, by screening pupils for weapons, they hope to tackle violence and the fear it breeds.
Fear, fear, fear. It says the students supposedly asked for this, well a special NGO group amongst the students asked for it that works again for the United Nations.
