This week’s Redux is the second hour of Alan Watt’s talk from 12 April 2020 entitled “Making Hay from the Dead, A Shameless Sacrifice, Old Agenda, Presented New, Freshly Painted Lies.”

On October 18, 2019, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise, in New York, NY.

December 31, 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) says a mysterious pneumonia is sickening dozens in China.  On January 11, 2020, China announced its first novel coronavirus death.

At Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine, a specialized class on disaster response trained students with the scenario of a shooter who fires a gun in a movie theater and also uses a bomb.  That same day, sixteen miles away in Aurora, Colorado, James Holmes detonated multiple smoke bombs and then shot and killed twelve people and injured dozens of others.

On July 7, 2005, there were a series of coordinated suicide bomb attacks on the London Transit system.  That morning, Peter Power of Visor Consultants, a private firm on contract to the London Metropolitan Police gave an interview to the BBC.  He said, “At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.”

On September 11, 2001, an agency of the Department of Defense and the CIA was conducting a terror scenario in which an airplane from Washington's Dulles International Airport was to crash into one of the four towers of the suburban campus of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in Virginia, a few miles from the Pentagon.   When they learned that this was actually happening, the NRO stopped the exercise and sent about three thousand employees home.  The NRO is space-based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.  The “eye in the sky.”  With all of those workers at home, who was watching the skies that morning?

“Oh, my God.  What is this?  Is this real life?”

The Event 201 videos are up for everyone to see, on the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security YouTube channel.  All who are curious are encouraged to see how thoroughly prepared all of these organizations and agencies are.  Our safety and security are paramount.

Clade X was a 2018 tabletop exercise hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security to simulate a series of National Security Council-convened meetings of US government leaders.  The roles of these government leaders were played by individuals prominent in the fields of national security or epidemic response.

In 2017, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security developed a fictional narrative scenario entitled SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028: A Futuristic Scenario for Public Health Risk Communicators.  The purpose of this multi-disciplinary exercise was to “illustrate the communication challenges that could erupt around the development and distribution of novel and/or investigational drugs, vaccines, and other therapeutics in a future public health emergency.”

In 2010, The Rockefeller Foundation published Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.  The exercise was to explore the role of technology and the future of globalization.  One of the four scenarios explored was Lock Step, which posited a world of tighter top-down government control and authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and increasing citizen pushback.  What captured our imaginations about this exercise was the basic premise which seemed to mock us as we lived through the surreal days of the Covid-19 scamdemic.

In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain — originating from wild geese — was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.”

We were mocked because the Covid-19 virus was not extremely virulent and deadly.  We were mocked by useless masks and even more useless PCR tests.  We were mocked by the disappearance of the flu in 2020, which “dropped by 97%.”  Lock Step really did have it all: lockdowns, China’s extreme measures to protect its citizens from risk and exposure, mandatory face masks, body temperature checks at entrances to public spaces.  As the pandemic faded, more authoritarian control and citizens willing to give up sovereignty and privacy in exchange for greater safety and stability.

The paper included four different future scenarios and one of them is entitled Hack Attack.  In this version of the future, we are shown an “economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge.” According to Hack Attack, “in 2015, the U.S. reallocated a large share of its defense spending to domestic concerns, pulling out of Afghanistan — where the resurgent Taliban seized power once again.”  In real life, the U.S. reduced its troops in Afghanistan under Donald Trump starting in 2020 and in the summer of 2021, the remaining troops left in a messy pull-out that we are told Joe Biden orchestrated.  Biden wanders about rather aimlessly unless he has an army of controllers to hold his arm and feed him lines, but it’s all a dog and pony show anyway.

All through the scamdemic, the bankruptcy of nations was predicted.  This is coming to pass sometimes with drama and sometimes with the slow bleed of recession and job loss.  In this talk Alan reminded us that “you can take people out of religion, you can't take religion out of the people, they're still looking for it somewhere else, so they supplied it to you. Here's these experts, look, this guy is obviously an expert, he's a multibillionaire don't you know.”  He was talking about the hand-waving messiah, Bill Gates, but we’re willing to worship any billionaire, right?  When Elon Musk says of Universal Basic Income, “It’s going to be necessary,” we shrug our shoulders and say, “The great man spoke.  He’s doing all he can to colonize Mars and make Twitter safe, and he still makes time to worry about our next paycheck.”

In Hack Attack, “Nations raised trade barriers in order to protect their domestic sectors against imports and — in the face of global food and resource shortages — to reduce exports of agricultural produce and other commodities. By 2016, the global coordination and interconnectedness that had marked the post-Berlin Wall world was tenuous at best.”  Yes, there was Brexit and Trump taking a bullhorn to China, but our biggest global food and resource shortages come from the Scamdemic/Great Reset Road Race to the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Maybe it isn’t important that I can’t recall where I started to dig yesterday.  It’s nagging at my mind that it matters, but I don’t remember where the shovel first hit the dirt.  I was looking into the Club of Rome.  I was curious if Sandrine Dixson-Declève was still the co-president.  (She was mentioned by Alan as being rather “orgasmic” at the thought of all that could be accomplished during the Corona-Crisis.  Here are a few of her thoughts that the Club of Rome chose to feature on their main page:

If we value democracy the world must undergo a profound economic transformation. Simply put, we need a new social contract in society. Unfettered, directionless growth has been allowed to continue for long enough, driving a gaping chasm between the super-rich and the rest of society. It’s time to fix it. Fairer wealth and income distribution will reduce social tensions and improve wellbeing for all, making democracies more stable and resilient against the many challenges they currently face.”

From the Club of Rome, I went to the World Economic Forum.  This is a site that I have visited many times over the past years, a site that I thought I was familiar with.  As many of their programs and initiatives I’ve studied, I hadn’t stumbled into the GULF.  Even reviewing their Young Global Leaders didn’t take me to the GULF.

The Global University Leaders Forum (GULF) community consists of the presidents of the world’s leading universities who are committed to supporting the Forum’s mission of improving the state of the world. Together GULF presidents identify and address matters of common interest, including trends, challenges and best practices in higher education, research and societal impact. The community is comprised of 29 members and is chaired by Suzanne Fortier, Principal and Vice-Chancellor, McGill University…The GULF community will focus on how universities can facilitate a more equal and inclusive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, including through exploring the skills for the future and reskilling, social inclusion, and climate action.”

The World Economic Forum hasn’t updated their website to reflect the fact that Suzanne Fortier retired from McGill in August of 2022.  While she was active, Fortier worked on using artificial intelligence and other mathematical and machine learning techniques to determine the structure of proteins.  (This is an important point I will return to.)  In 1993, she was cross-appointed to the Department of Computer Science.

She was a member of the Advisory Council on Economic Growth, which advised the Canadian Finance Minister Bill Morneau on economic policies to achieve long-term sustainable growth. The Council called for a gradual increase in permanent immigration to Canada to 450,000 people a year.  If you consider that the estimated population of Canada in 2022 was 39,292,355, 450,000 new immigrants per year is hardly gradual.

Because so many major universities (Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, Harvard, MIT, U of Cape Town, U of Tokyo, Peking University) were involved in this mission of “improving the state of the world” and I’d not seen this on the WEF site, I spent a bit more time seeing what else I might’ve overlooked on their site.

Several years ago, I had figured out that all blockchain roads lead to the WEF, so I wasn’t surprised to see this paper from 2018, Building Block(chains) for a Better Planet.  From the introduction to that paper:

The majority of the world’s current environmental problems can be traced back to industrialization, particularly since the “great acceleration” in global economic activity since the 1950s. While this delivered impressive gains in human progress and prosperity, it has also led to unintended consequences. Issues such as climate change, unsafe levels of air pollution, depletion of forestry, fishing and freshwater stocks, toxins in rivers and soils, overflowing levels of waste on land and in oceans, and loss of biodiversity and habitats are all examples of the unintended consequences of industrialization on our global environmental commons. As the Fourth Industrial Revolution gathers pace, innovations are becoming faster, more efficient and more widely accessible than ever before. Technology is becoming increasingly connected, and we are now seeing a convergence of the digital, physical and biological realms. Emerging technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), virtual reality and artificial intelligence (AI), are enabling societal shifts as they seismically affect economies, values, identities and

possibilities for future generations.”

A paper that the WEF published in January of this year is Global Cybersecurity Outlook 2023.  Here’s the first paragraph of the introduction to that paper:

Geopolitical instability, rapidly maturing and emerging technologies, lack of available talent, and increasing shareholder and regulatory expectations represent some of the significant challenges that concern cyber and business leaders. If the findings of last year’s Global Cybersecurity Outlook reflected the lingering impact of the pandemic, and the effects of rapid digitalization, this year’s Global Cybersecurity Outlook reveals concerns about an increasingly fragmented and unpredictable world.”  It's a Hack Attack future, because whatever propaganda we’re given about authoritarian strongmen such as Putin, Trump, Kim Jong-un or Viktor Orbán, in the think-tanks that matter, nations are weak indeed, and globalism triumphs.  The International Monetary Fund is bullish on globalism and increased international trade.  The WEF’s Global Risk Report for 2023 is bleak, with a cost-of-living crisis, more natural disasters, large-scale involuntary immigration and an erosion of social cohesion, but of course the answer is simply more of them.

Solutions from The Club of Rome include “Reframing Economics” and “Rethinking Finance.”  I’ll simplify all these white paper initiatives for you.  It’s the old Marxist idea of Redistribution of Wealth.

They didn’t need a crystal ball when writing the Hack Attack future scenario because there will always be tension and bloodshed between Israel and Palestine and there will always be ethnic and tribal conflict in Africa, right?

As for all the cyber crime predicted when these scenarios were written in 2010, we had the massive Yahoo hack in 2016 and the ransomware attack on UK hospitals in 2017 to name just two high profile cyber attacks.

Speaking of ridiculous cyber crime stories, if you can believe them, FTX says $415 million in cryptocurrency was hacked since the company filed for bankruptcy.  FTX told a judge they had recovered some $5 billion in crypto, cash and liquid securities.  But just to be crystal clear and totally transparent, that $415 million in palm-greasing chump change is gone baby, gone.

In the Hack Attack future, the people distrust the medicines and vaccines they are given.  There’s a lot of criminal activity around these products, there are tainted vaccines which are ineffective at best or cause great harm and death.  Where would they come up with the idea all the way back in 2010, that tainted vaccines or bad batches were something people might worry about?

In the fictional world, in a 1949 movie entitled The Third Man, the character Harry played by Orson Welles, “obtained penicillin illegally, diluted it, and sold it to war-ravaged, poor hospitals, resulting in the painful deaths of many people. (Watered-down penicillin is not only ineffective, but it also makes the patient immune to future doses of penicillin, thus rendering medical treatment incredibly difficult or impossible.) Many of his victims were children with meningitis; the lucky ones, the Major says, died, and the unlucky ones lived and went insane.”

In the real world, back in 1955, tainted polio vaccines sickened and fatally paralyzed children in the U.S.  In 1995, Human Life International made a compelling case that tetanus vaccines laced with anti-fertility drugs were being distributed in developing countries.  Organizations involved in the development of an anti-fertility vaccine using hCG included the World Health Organization (WHO), the UN Population Fund, the UN Development Programme, the World Bank, the Population Council, the Rockefeller Foundation, the US National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and Uppsala, Helsinki, and Ohio State universities.  In 2003, a division of Bayer knowingly sold blood-clotting agents infected with HIV to Asia and Latin America.

DeepMind is a British artificial intelligence company owned by Alphabet, Inc., the parent company of Google.  A 2020 announcement: “DeepMind and the organizers of the long-running Critical Assessment of protein Structure Prediction (CASP) competition announced an AI that should have the huge impact that Hassabis has been after. The latest version of DeepMind’s AlphaFold, a deep-learning system that can accurately predict the structure of proteins to within the width of an atom, has cracked one of biology’s grand challenges. “It's the first use of AI to solve a serious problem,” says John Moult at the University of Maryland, who leads the team that runs CASP.”

This is from an essay that Klaus Schwab wrote about the 4th Industrial Revolution:

It’s important to appreciate that the Fourth Industrial Revolution involves a systemic change across many sectors and aspects of human life: the crosscutting impacts of emerging technologies are even more important than the exciting capabilities they represent. Our ability to edit the building blocks of life has recently been massively expanded by low-cost gene sequencing and techniques such as CRISPR; artificial intelligence is augmenting processes and skill in every industry; neurotechnology is making unprecedented strides in how we can use and influence the brain as the last frontier of human biology; automation is disrupting century-old transport and manufacturing paradigms; and technologies such as blockchain and smart materials are redefining and blurring the boundary between the digital and physical worlds.

The result of all this is societal transformation at a global scale. By affecting the incentives, rules, and norms of economic life, it transforms how we communicate, learn, entertain ourselves, and relate to one another and how we understand ourselves as human beings. Furthermore, the sense that new technologies are being developed and implemented at an increasingly rapid pace has an impact on human identities, communities, and political structures. As a result, our responsibilities to one another, our opportunities for self-realization, and our ability to positively impact the world are intricately tied to and shaped by how we engage with the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This revolution is not just happening to us—we are not its victims—but rather we have the opportunity and even responsibility to give it structure and purpose.”

To get above the fray is something that I find myself aiming for all the time now.  We recall that Alan Watt told us years ago that the usefulness of the internet had a short window.  That window has closed.  What remains is behind a paywall or in some part of the dark web where a hazmat suit and a minor’s light are required.  The “truth” sites are clown shows.  Literally.  Comment sections and Tweets just endless threads of sniping and snarking, hosted by fools who are sure they have mastered the medium.  Humans are wired to need answers.  The deviant priesthood of experts is there to provide them so skillfully we convince ourselves that we through our hard work and superior intellects, we have found the “true truth.”

Alan Watt wrote in his Cutting Through books, “To-day we see forces emerging with all the ugliness of past tyrannies, the show of force meant to ‘cow’ all populations of the world as we are guided by ‘hidden masters’ through a transition period into a completely new way of living.  Nothing of major import occurs in the SYSTEM which is not pre-planned, worked out in micro-managed detail, long before events take place, for we live through a pre-written script…Many people claim they want truth, but really want something that meshes with that belief they already have chosen.  Truth requires the seeker to jump out the plane, free-fall, and then it is up to the individual as to when to pull the cord…

As I said that internet window has closed, what remains is an information war zone that is totally, completely controlled.  The sides are managed no matter how surreptitiously you approach it from a fresh angle.  Alan said in a talk I reposted a few months back, that “it’s often said the kingdom of heaven is within, but people will not look inside their own minds.”  It’s terrifying and hard work for sure.  Easier to point a finger at a Rothschild or a billionaire technocrat but you are only scratching the surface when your window faces outwards.  Or you can stay in the clown show.

Brain computer interface (BCI), DARPA and the BRAIN Initiative.  Machine learning, ChatGPT, augmented reality, AI and deepfakes.  Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and the Social Credit System.  Your own Personal Digital Prison, designed for YOU, anticipating your every key stroke, stroking your ego’s every whim.  You said and the bot said, then you said and the bot said.  He fell in love with “Her.”  You might not think you’re that far gone yet, but who and what you love is where you want to spend all your time.

Lots of people new to the kind of information that Alan Watt delivered each week were immediately (and the newcomers still are) focused on how to wake people up.  Alan used to say that you can’t share anything with people who haven’t started asking the right questions. The only person you can save or unplug is you.  If after what seems a lifetime of study and self-examination, you find you might have a crumb to share with others, then venture out, cautiously, because your crumb can choke someone who hasn’t started asking the right questions.

The mid-week Excerpt series continues to be Purpose Made People.  It’s so broad and rich with material as we are made for the purposes for which our ruling elite need us.  We are shaped by indoctrination, education and more insidiously by sterilization and genetic modification.  The brain chip in some form is coming.  Perhaps it’s here?

The term fifth generation warfare was first used by Robert Steele, a CIA agent who did the rounds on patriot radio, claiming that NASA had a colony on Mars populated with slaves who were kidnapped as children and sent to the planet.

The first time I heard of this concept was when someone sent me a James Corbett link sometime last year.  But now it’s being covered by everyone from General Mike Flynn to Robert Malone (who has become the face of everything lately.)

James Corbett cited an article co-authored by William S. Lind written in 1989 for the Marine Corp Gazette entitled “The Changing Face of War: Into the Fourth Generation,”  and Corbett also quoted from an Al Jazeera article to neatly summarize the concept: "The basic idea behind this term [fifth-generation warfare] is that in the modern era, wars are not fought by armies or guerrillas, but in the minds of common citizens."

In Corbett’s article from May of 2022, he proposes that the counter to this warfare is the creation of a parallel society.  It really sounds nice the way he lays it out.  I understand why a thinking person ultimately ends up in a parallel universe, whether that world is one inhabited by the unvaxxed Pure Bloods, or one in which we claim what we need for basic survival: information, food, money.

The trouble with utopias, even those from the grass level, is that all your parallel universe needs is one control freak to ruin it. Alan saw quite clearly and said for many years that we were the targets in this ancient war.  His antidote was true self-knowledge.  The battleground is YOUR mind.  Claim it.
